I traveled to the Sinai mountain desert to observe the traditions of Bedouin tribes. I also traveled to the Amazon jungle in Peru to study shamanic healing traditions. On my journey to China I learned the importance of Chinese dietary therapy to enhance the healing process. After a trip to Russia I started incorporating many folk remedies into my practice. I also spent three weeks in Japan studying Onnetsu therapy, which uses far infra-red light and shinkiko energy healing techniques. I have since incorporated it into my practice with great results.
